Welcome to Project and goal status tracking for Jira, Slack integration. By using our Slack bot (the "Slack Integration"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please review these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Slack Integration.

1. Acceptance of Terms #

By using the Slack Integration, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Slack Integration.

2. Description of the Slack Integration #

The Slack Integration is designed to post messages in a Slack channel. It does not retain, store, or otherwise maintain any data from your Slack workspace or its users.

3. User Responsibilities #

- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Slack Integration complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You must not use the Slack Integration in a manner that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- You must not interfere with the operation of the Slack Integration or disrupt the services provided by Slack.

4. Data Privacy #

The Slack Integration does not collect, retain, or store any personal data or message content. All interactions are ephemeral and no data is persisted.

5. Intellectual Property #

All intellectual property rights in and to the Slack Integration and its associated services are owned by Teams, Work Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Slack Integration in accordance with these Terms.

6. Termination #

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Slack Integration at our sole discretion, without notice and for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties #

The Slack Integration is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Slack Integration. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability #

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of the Slack Integration; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of the Slack Integration; or (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Slack Integration.

9. Changes to the Terms #

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of such changes by posting the revised Terms on our website or through the Slack Integration. Your continued use of the Slack Integration following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

10. Governing Law #

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Unit Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
